Breads by Biri provides the best & most reliable bakeries & confectioneries to businesses & consumers since 2023. Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi (Al Danah), we operate from a central kitchen which is government compliant and adhere to the highest standard of cleanliness and food safety.

 At Breads by Biri (the fresh bread people), we do not use any preservatives in our ingredients- hence the shelf life of our items ranges from 2 days- 7 days (chiller item). 

We supply fresh breads & Filipino specialties to supermarkets/cafes across Abu Dhabi and Dubai- specializing in bakery distribution services, with our own chiller vans and dedicated distribution team, we service our outlets daily and on demand. 

About the Owner Veronica Akiew is a Malaysian living in the UAE since 2020. she is actively running and managing Breads by Biri and is involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. As a woman entrepreneur, Veronica has has started and managed a few sucesssful businesses under her portfolio. including:

 -Xztly Private Limited, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Years active 2007- 2020) Xztly Private Limited is a Malaysian event company which specialises in International Concert organizing. 

-Xztly Event Management, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Years Active 2017-2020) Sister company of Xztly Private Limited Malaysia that manages accounts and concerts within the Middle East region

 -Brainstorm Books Pvt Limited, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Years Active 2007- 2017) Brainstorm Books is a children book importer and distributor. We import children books and distribute them locally in Malaysia. 

-Sprouts Pvt Limited, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Years active 2014- 2016) Retail arm for Brainstorm Books Pvt Limited 

• Operations are headed by our head chef, Chef Ejhay and he manages a team of 12 chefs- all experienced and hardworking Filipino bakers.

 • Distribution is managed by Mr. Shajahan, and he run a 4 person team.

 • Office is managed by Ms. Maneesha Joy.
